Chloe Williams (she/they) is a costume designer from San Diego, CA. They are currently working on an MFA in Costume Design at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. They are passionate about the fiber arts and expression of character and self through clothing.

Inspired by Charlip’s career as a choreographer and children's book illustrator, Chloe’s costume design drew from his distinct color palette, simplified body forms and rainbow motifs. Chloe also worked as dyer for the piece, honing her gradient dye technique.
